To ensure that all collections conducted on our premises meet these standards, we require organisations to complete an application for approval.
If your organisation is seeking to raise funds or awareness for a cause, please use this form to provide details about your initiative. Each application will be reviewed by our team to ensure it aligns with our mission and complies with our guidelines.

Collections Policy
Organisations must be a registered charity in most cases and provide proof of registration.
Each organisation is allowed one collection per calendar year.
Applications must be submitted via the online form with full details of the cause and proposed dates.
The Mosque Committee will review applications within 7 days and communicate the decision.
Approved collections must follow Islamic etiquette and use funds solely for the approved purpose.
A post-collection report detailing funds raised and allocation is required.
Non-compliance may result in future applications being declined.
